About the role

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, you will be responsible for the day to day Administrative duties in Business Operations including IT, HR, Finance and Operations. Duties will include data collection, analysis, reporting, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

· Data Collection

· Reporting

· Analysis

· Respond to inquiries

· Assist Finance Department with Invoicing

· Assist IT with limited problem solving

· Assist HR with Staff files

· Scanning and Copying of Documents

You will have:

· High School Certificate

· Interest in Technology

· The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise them appropriately

· Self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour
