Nella Food Equipment is looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join their growing North York team. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
- Type in data provided to you
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- 1 year of clerical and/or administrative support experience is an asset
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills
- Organized and strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
