Our primary focus is providing concierge style service to every client, every day. We are responsible for the ongoing management and oversight of their largest financial investments. It’s our job to keep the portfolio safe, and ensure it’s operating at its full capacity always.
As an Office Assistant, you'll be the friendly face greeting visitors to the office and the comforting voice answering the phones. From time to time you may be called upon to assist with administrative functions on special projects. You're incredibly organized, and pay close attention to the details. You're professional and confident. Your written and verbal communication skills are clear and effective.
